Well, if you’re reading this, you probably want to know a bit more about me and my love for photography. I’m a Pretoria based professional Photographer, specialising in Wedding, Children, Newborn, Maternity, Family and Boudoir Photography. Photography enables me to express what I feel inside. It’s capturing that moment in time, that can never be relived, but can be seen again by looking at a picture. It’s my way of communicating and creating art.

Helen Keller once said that the best and most beautiful things in life cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart. To me, photography is an emotion, captured in time that afterwards, can be felt with the heart. Life happens so fast, like a wedding day that’s just a memory, but thought looking at pictures, you can relive that moment of your special day.

Professional photography is not just to take a picture…it is creating an image that evokes an emotional response. Wedding photography is a great example of a special day filled with so many emotions and feelings…love, joy, family, beauty and much more.  Even if the day goes by so fast, the memories are captured in my photographs and is all you have left to relive your beautiful day over and over again.

What can you expect from AVZ Photography?

My photography is unique to my style and creativity, but I never forget that each client is different with unique needs and wants.   I try to accommodate the client, as client satisfaction is my number one priority.

I use different styles in my photography and make use of props appropriate to the specific photography, but I keep it to the minimum.   In the editing process, I take great care to apply just the right effect to evoke that perfect emotion.  I pride myself on my editing skills to bring out the best in any image through skillful artistic editing.

I am the quintessential perfectionist – which really is to my clients’ advantage!  I take pride in ensuring that every image is not only a quality photograph, but a memory captured for eternity and delivered on time!
