Mieke Turns 1! Smash The Cake Photo Shoot

 

Birthdays are very special occasions, especially if it is your first birthday and Mommy arrange for a Smash The Cake Photo Shoot!! Little Mieke is a real princess, and such a beautiful little girl.  Her mommy brought a few of her favourite toys with, to keep her occupied while I snapped away, taking some beautiful images . While I was busy photographing, her mom sang some of Mieke’s favourite songs.  Singing along at such a young age can be a difficult task, but her little face just lit up, trying to sing along with her mom.  Mieke wasn’t shy at all, smashing away her first birthday cake, and she had so much fun ripping it apart and having a little taste every now and then.

Between all the messy fun and laughter, I got to take some beautiful photos of Mieke.  I’m sharing a few of this fun photo shoot for your enjoyment.
